Dr. Elizabeth Ostendorf DVM
Dr. Liz grew up on a small cow/calf farm in Effie, Minnesota. She obtained her Bachelor of Science from the University of Minnesota, and then took her veterinary training at Ross University on the island of St. Kitts. She moved to Canada in December of 2012 and started working at the clinic which she now owns. She really enjoys the variety of a mixed animal practice. She lives with her husband, 3 cats, 4 dogs and a coop of chickens on an acreage near Neepawa. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, spending time at the lake and traveling.
Daisy is the Lead Registered Veterinary Technologist at the Neepawa Veterinary Clinic. She graduated from the Animal Health Technology program at Lakeland College in Vermilion, AB in 2019 and has worked in Neepawa ever since. Daisy lives on an acreage near Erickson, MB with her 3 dogs, 3 cats and many rabbits. She enjoys training her Australian Shepherds and spending time at home. You’d likely find her in the summertime at Stockdog Herding Trials or showing Clydesdales at local fairs.
Brooke is a Registered Veterinary Technologist that graduated in 2020 from the Veterinary Technology program at Red River College. She was born and raised in Neepawa, MB. Brooke has two very friendly and cuddly cats named Timmy and Bug, whom she adopted from the Neepawa Vet Clinic. She enjoys golfing, hiking, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
Paytan is a Registered Veterinary Technologist who grew up in northwestern Ontario. She graduated in 2019 from the Haileybury School of Veterinary Sciences in Southern Ontario. She has experience working in general mixed practices and ICU and critical care. Currently Paytan is working on obtaining her Veterinary Technical Specialty in Equine Nursing. Outside of work she has 2 horses, Memphis and Nashville, and 2 dogs, O.V and Dalilla; in her free time you may find her training horses, hunting, fishing or camping.
Chris is the Office Manager at the Neepawa Veterinary Clinic. She grew up in Northwestern Ontario and after some moving around, settled on an acreage outside of Neepawa in 2016. She has two dogs, one cat, as well as a moose that frequents her yard, whom she calls Bradley. In her spare time she enjoys reading, hiking, camping and fishing. She also creates many different types of arts and crafts including woodworking, making jewelry and painting.
Kali is the Lead Receptionist at the Neepawa Veterinary Clinic. She lives outside of Neepawa with her family, two dogs and many cats (who are all spayed and neutered courtesy of the Neepawa Veterinary Clinic!) In her spare time she enjoys fishing and camping with her family.
Sierra grew up in Neepawa, MB and graduated at Neepawa Area Collegiate Institute in 2020. She enjoys going on long walks and bike rides. She has two beautiful fur babies who are her whole world. She has a strong passion for taking care of animals and is very blessed to be working at the Neepawa Veterinary Clinic. She looks forward to meeting you and your animals.
Kira is a receptionist at the Neepawa Veterinary Clinic. She was raised and currently lives in Plumas, MB with her two dogs, Milo and Mosbey. She enjoys travelling to Flin Flon, MB to visit family and in her spare time she enjoys reading, helping out on the family farm, and spending time with her dogs.
